Fix a sync problem with VLC

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, and putting a cock in ur anus.

Also, the value in #3 changes, you'll have to play with it, but generally when the stream desyncs one of us in the IRC channel figures out the value. :3 <3 NathanielFrihet for providing the screenshot ;3
